The "Sacrifice Yourself" ending is a soft reset, so by doing it first you can then do the "Sacrifice QPernikiss" one afterwards, keep your progress and never have to reset again. I've done that on mobile - now every single new girl I get is basically instantaneously taken to Lover level without any hassle.
I dunno, maybe plans will change again and we'll get a Truer Ending where QPiddy and Marshmallow don't need to do anything and/or ALL the girls help seal the portal. Yes, Pamu too. What I did was to create a manual save file just before I got QPernikiss's affection to 100% in the final stage. That way, I was able to view both endings.

So a cpuple of days ago I finished crush crush (steam verdion, honestly idk how many versions there are) and it feels like progress got slower after sacrificing myself. on first playthrough It say sacrifice myself (choose this path) to unlock the final ending but after that i play through the game again and there is still 2 choice and the ending is still the same tho??

I'm going to say the special in game achievement chibi endings as I think that's what you're missing. To get the tragic for Cassie, all you need to do is say you'll pay for her debt, but then don't. You will need to fail the 3rd Cassie date for that special chibi ending.
