Crowdfunding Contract with DEV and Xiaomeme [AliothIN]

Hey guys, new Crowdfunding poll for AliothIN will be conducted in full transparency, ask your favorite Devs to contact @ironhrt or @trishitt to be included in the poll but please remember learning from past mistakes here are few conditions devs have to accept before poll starts.

1. 3 years support.
2. Device will be in devs responsibility for any scenario. If device gets bricked,stolen, breaks, dev needs to get it fixed/get it back or return the money to the community.
3. Devs work will be open source & community will be free to use them.
4. No addition resources like server would be provided from the community
5. After 3 years, he can sell the device if he wants. It will be as his wish but not before 3 years.
6. In case community is not happy with devs work, he needs to return the device unconditionally.
7. Admin team is not responsible for the quality of work delivered by developer.
8. We will collect an identification proof. It will be with the event organizer only & wont be shared with anyone else for privacy.
9. For this particular AliothIN crowdfunding poll, winner needs to pay the shipping and custom charges as required. And device lost/damaged while shipping is not Event organizers fault.
10. Poll will be non-anonymous , anyone found rigging the poll or take help of 3rd parties will be disbarred and no appeal will be heard.

Last date to apply for the Poll -> 15th January 2022 11:59 PM IST

Poll will be live within next 24 hours of application deadline.

Going forward HentaiOS wont be allowed in Xiaomeme Groups, but their team is free to publish HelluvaOS builds or any of their other non derogatory/ non obscene work

Also Xiaomeme team stands against any kind of racism and strictly condemns it.

At last thanks to vasi, who is returning the device and did wonderful job on Twrp for android 11, due to personal reasons he couldn't deliver further or reach the expectations of the community and as event organizer, we are deeply sorry to everyone in the Alioth community, that we were unable to get the progress out in open (due to our personal lives being in chaos). Anyway hopefully everything will be fine from now on, and the community thrives.
