Crowdfunding Contract with DEV and Poco Alliance [MUNCH]

Hey guys, as you all know we are going to do a crowdfunding program to give a kickstart to the Custom ROM development Program, so we are happy to announce that The POCO Alliance Admin Team have elected Sebastiano Barezzi (@SebaUbuntu) as a Lead dev for Poco F4. Please remember, here are few conditions dev have accept to get the CF Device.
1. 2 years support.
2. Device will be in devs responsibility for any scenario. If device gets stolen, breaks, dev needs to get it fixed/get it back or return the money to the community.
3. Devs work will be open source & community will be free to use them.
4. Devs is liable to provide Fully stable DT (bugless), Official LOS (flashable through Los recovery and twrp), OSS Vendor and bootable Kernel
5. No addition resources like server would be provided from the community
6. After 2 years, he can sell the device if he wants. It will be as his wish but not before 2 years.
7. In case community is not happy with devs work, he needs to return the device unconditionally.
8. Admin team is not responsible for the quality of work delivered by developer.
9. We will collect a valid legal identification proof. It will be with the event organizer (community admin) only & wont be shared with anyone else for privacy.
10. A mere saying of accepting the terms wont be considered - Dev who agrees to all the terms must write a self declaration accepting all the terms, sign it and send it to community admin.

Once the dev finally fulfills all the requirements and the contract is been signed by the dev, we will start collecting the CF and provide update through the channel.
