A transgender woman has allowed her lesbian friend to examine her surgically-sculpted vagina as part of a new video that sees her detailing her experience with gender reassignment surgery.
Maia Monet from Orlando, Florida, volunteered to have her friend and fellow YouTuber Arielle Scarcella look at her genitalia on camera before answering all of her pressing questions about her surgery.
'I should say this was my idea,' Maia says at the start of the clip . 'I don't want people out there to think, "Oh, oh, Arielle shouldn't have asked her that."'

After changing out of her clothes and putting on a red satin robe, Maia, who is also a lesbian, tosses her underwear and allows Arielle to take a long look.
'It's like f***ing perfect. Can I just say that?' Arielle tells her friend, adding that her vagina 'lips' are 'flatter' that most of the ones she has seen.
'I don't have a lot of options,' Maia explains. 'It's not like she said: "How big do you want this? How big do you want that?" What they start with is what you end up with.'
Maia admits that like most transgender women who have undergone surgery, she doesn't have a 'very big inner labia'.
However, Arielle notes that women are taught that it is 'more sexy' to have 'less lips', and Maia agrees.

'I think women who have large inner labia are very self conscience about it,' she says.
And while Maia says she didn't have many choices for the most part, she reveals that she was able to pick the size of her clitoris.
'It's big — in a good way,' Arielle says after looking at it. 'It's as big as mine I should say.'
Maia explains that she had her surgeon 'make it average sized', and she can 'feel with it'.
'I can have an orgasm just from clitoral stimulation, so it works,' she says.
She approves! Arielle happily announces that Maia's vagina is 'f***ing perfect'

When Arielle asks her about whether she prefers clitoral or vaginal orgasms, Maia notes that 'just like cisgender women, trans women have different preferences'.
'Can I orgasm vaginally? Well, yeah, kind of,' Maia says. 'I do have a G-spot up inside basically in the same place you do. They don't make it; you just have a similar cluster of nerves in the same place.'
Maia admits that it takes her a lot longer to have an orgasm than it did before, but she says she has 'gotten better' at pleasing herself and is now 'faster' to climax.
She goes on to give a detailed account as to how her surgeon built her clitoris using the head of her penis, which she notes is 'actually the only part of the penis that has nerve endings'.
'They basically leave that in tact, shape a clitoris out of it and basically keep the nerves in tact with it, and then they make an opening in the skin so you can get to it,' she says.
Spreading the word: Maia also answers viewers questions about her pre-operation preparation, which included permanently removing the hair 'down there'
Worth it: At the end of the video, Maia says that she had an 'overwhelming feeling of peace' after having her gender reassignment surgery
Maia goes on to recall how she woke up after the surgery and it felt like she was sitting on a tennis ball because of the swelling.
After comparing the six-week recovery time to that of a C-section, she notes: 'I gave birth to myself I like to say.'
Maia also reveals that that doctors advise transgender women undergoing gender reassignment surgery to get 'hair removal down there' for a very specific reason.
'The skin they are going to use is going to go up inside you and you don't want to have hair growing up in your vagina,' she explains.
Although she reminds Arielle that every trans person has a different experience, she says she had an 'overwhelming feeling of peace' and a more positive body image after having surgery.

Prices range from under $100 for the cheap Chinese versions of a vee-string to $975+ for a fully-functioning top of the line Fem Girdle.

APPEARANCE: We have found so much variation in this regard; of the 5 models sampled only one offers hair and that is an added cost. The Vee-String offers all their models as ‘shaven’ or in different hair styles and colors. All the other 3 are only offered in a clean-shaven version at present. With regards detail all 4 are pretty close from the feedback but different given the different ways they are made and different compounds used. If you want hair then the Vee String is the only one to give you that and then of the others the feedback rates the Cherry Popper and the Selene with its innovative silicone plate with good labia detail behind a sheer mesh thong.
