Need help getting some of the endings

Hey, I am enjoying the game a lot so far, but I became stuck and can't find out how to get the last couple of endings. I need to get the following things: Not Like This, Alone and True ending. At this point I am way too tangled up with my save files to know what choices I made on which one so I am probably going to start over entirely and it would be nice to know how to get these for sure. PS: I read that the true ending requires doing the kidnapping event right, but I think I did, but I only get the Happy ending or the Right Path. Thanks for the help!

Also, in my playtrough she kidnaps me, but I read somewhere that that doesn't have to happen. How do I not get kidnapped?

Not Like This and Alone are both bad endings. You can reach them in multiple ways, but it would be a little complex to describe them. I know a few people are working on guides, I hope they'll post them before too long! The true ending, however, is a relatively simple objective. Basically, you have to take the Right Path route, but with good enough sanity stats to survive. Restart the game to get bonuses to the hidden stats, plus you can remake the early decisions based on everything you know about Lizzie now. If Lizzie trusts you enough after the early game, instead of kidnapping, you have the option to have sex. Though you want to decline (nicely) to reach the true ending, if you accept you will start a branch of the game you haven't seen at all yet! You have a decent chance of getting the other endings you're missing on this path as well.

How can you tell it triggers the 'Not Like This' ending? Kept getting a gameover screen.

A short sequel was released later, titled Crimson Gray: Dusk and Dawn . Its story is told from Lizzie's perspective, and deals with her attempting (and possibly failing) to adjust to a normal life. Tropes from this sequel will also be listed below.
