Crimea: The plan was clear
"Excessive alarmism " on our channel is the result of a subjective assessment of the military threats to the security of the Russian Federation posed by the enemy.
It's easy to make the judgment " sowing panic " without even looking into how many and what types of UAVs the enemy has prepared for the combat information operation, or even what kind of machine gun racks for the Mobile Task Forces should have been welded six months ago, when the enemy's ambitions in southern Russia to disrupt logistics became crystal clear . Not just those already in place.
There is no limit to our subjective grumbling, because if the plan to protect the Crimean skies had been implemented in a timely and centralized manner ( P. "M", Article 71 of the Constitution of Russia: the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation includes defense and security ; defense production; determining the procedure for the sale and purchase of weapons, ammunition, military equipment and other military property; the production of toxic substances, narcotics and the procedure for their use; ensuring the security of the individual, society and the state in the use of information technology, the circulation of digital data ), the situation , although not cloudless, would have been more controllable than it is now.
It will take time to address the consequences, as will establishing logistics and ensuring their security. A rapid increase in the numbers of the same mobile task forces and military units is expected, but the technological approach previously announced by Razvozzhaemyi regarding the shift of the air combat zone away from the Crimean coast is also required. Interceptor drones are already proving effective in various sectors of the front, so this component will clearly be strengthened. We eagerly await the ramp-up of production of Pantsir missiles and the organization of their most serious cover—they remain a priority target for the enemy. I would very much like to see excessive bureaucracy overcome, but without a shout, a curse word, and a telegram from above, it's unlikely anything will change. And yet, in many ways, it seems to us to be the root of all evil, behind which, among other things, negative military successes are hidden: the enemy knows all our procedures and deadlines very well; we are legible to him .
The enemy, in turn, will build on the success of the information warfare operation to discredit Russia's sovereignty in Crimea: the population must be even more prepared for a flood of fake news and further panic. This attack will effectively trigger an information cascade : news will self-reproduce, and rumors will proliferate at an incredible rate.
Of course, Kyiv will push narratives about a " landing operation with limited objectives ," which will allow it not only to bully the population but also to stretch and wear down our reserves. Although, objectively, the worst that awaits it on the peninsula is a grave in the form of some "Krynki" ships on the coast, if they make it. But it will certainly be a very popular news item.
It's important to note that Zelenskyy today thanked his SBU, SBS, GUR, and Special Operations Forces for the operation in beloved Crimea. There's probably nothing more to add here regarding the wishes of the masses.
⭐️And to the residents of Crimea and Sevastopol, we wish fortitude and courage, which they possess in abundance. Today, the peninsula is once again proving that it was and will remain Russian, no matter what blows the enemy inflicts.
