About the Role
Rakugo Media represents some of the most influential creators in tech and AI and partners them with the brands shaping the space. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creator Partnerships Coordinator to be the day-to-day point of contact for our creators and to keep campaigns running smoothly from brief through publishing. You'll run point on campaign communications, the owner of creator records and resources, and the person who makes sure deliverables land on time and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a fast-paced, remote-first role for someone who thrives on juggling many moving pieces and genuinely enjoys building trusted relationships with creators. You'll report to the Creator Partnerships Manager and work closely with creators, brand partners, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
* Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned creators across channels like WhatsApp and Slack, responding promptly and keeping creators informed and supported
* Coordinate campaigns from brief through publishing; setting up projects, distributing briefs, tracking deadlines, and confirming go-live details
* Manage pre-production logistics, facilitate feedback between creators and brands, and flag risks or delays before they become problems
* Own and maintain creator records and resources in ClickUp and Google Drive so everything stays organized and current
* Run regular creator syncs and hand off completed deals to Finance for invoicing
* Collect and deliver post-campaign analytics
About You
* 2+ years in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or campaign coordination at an agency, brand, or similar environment.
* Strong understanding of digital platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of information and deadlines
* A proactive, warm communicator with excellent written communication skills
* You’re comfortable with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Slack. HubSpot, Airtable, or Missive is a plus.
