Like the title says, I want yuri manga where one or both of the women are kinda batshit insane. Pretty sick of innocent girls in yuri.
Murcielago is about a serial killer lesbian who likes sex. Pretty crazy and has dark humor, tons of action and bloodshed. Love/Death is about two girls that are yandere about each other. Kitanai Kimi ga Ichiban Kawaii. Well one girl is straight up a sadistic with interesting fetishes, which she inflicts onto an innocent girl who has a crush on her. Pretty manipulative plot. This one doesn't have any comedy vibes like the two other series I've listed.
So far that's what I remember, will edit if I can come up with any other one. Oh, " Hone no Nazuki Made Aisu " is one. The two main girls are pretty insane. The plot is kinda cliche but it's edgy if you like that. Looking up Magical Girls I think. Some of the characters are pretty insane, the main character is a fan of the magical girls in this world, but then she turns into a villain and starts to unlock her fetish of sadism and she starts to get crazier by the chapter. Overall a fun read.
I've also made a post a while back asking for some messed up yuri so you can take a look at some of the series recommended there.
The English title is Strange Babies and it’s by Ohsawa Yayoi. It hasn’t updated in like 2 years but I thought it was pretty cool.

Spent so long just trying to evaluate this question in my mind. The differences between deeply socially inept, making questionable life decisions, big stupid, and simply not experiencing consensus reality.
Himegami no Miko (the new Kannazuki No Miko spinoff/alt timeline) both Chikane and Himeko are pretty crazy (as usual) but also with the baseline insanity of the world itself its almost hard to evaluate... HnM/KnM is my only "edgy" rec
Tsukarekitta Onna ga Shinuhodo Iyasareru Tame ni -- Chi is pretty crazy (being a stalker/wanting to be a human pet) but it's a lighthearted series despite that
Shimeji Simulation -- everyone has a lot of mental stuff going on seemingly but also the world is very surreal as well. its more contemplative and emotional than "batshit" but its one of the more actually rewarding series to read if you're looking for something that is instigating the nature of mental illness/the mind & people's internal worlds, "what is reality?" and stuff like that while also being cute and gay
Anyways true... enough with innocent sane girls in yuri... I don't know any sane gay women... We need some representation out here. Sorry I couldnt' think of more, mostly commenting so I can keep track of the thread and watch for other ppls recs
