The busty blonde had hit out at the photosharing website for apparent double standards
Courtney Stodden has stripped off to promote her new single - and the image was originally considered too raunchy for Instagram.
The busty blonde first posted the steamy snap - posing totally naked with just iTunes logos covering her modesty - to hype the release of Asphalt, which was written all over her body.
However, the photosharing website initially BANNED the image and claimed it went against their Community Guidelines, leading to Courtney blasting the decision and claiming they were "shaming" her for being proud of her body.
Sharing the reinstated image on Thursday, she celebrated: "MY PROMO PIC FOR ASPHALT IS BACK UP!!!!!!!!! Thank you @instagram THE BAN HAS BEEN REMOVED (sic)"
The change of heart comes after a series of posts from Courtney - who recently stripped off to support Kim Kardashian's nude selfie - blasting the original decision.
Alongside a screenshot of the message informing her it had been taken down, she argued: "I see naked pictures on popular Instagram pages all the time. Yet, my publicity photo for my new song Asphalt gets removed instead.
"I have followed the community guidelines ... No exposed buttocks, no fully exposed female nipples, no exposed genitals OR sexual intercourse.
"Shaming a woman who is proud of her body & is also BTW following the community guidelines is indeed wrong."
The 21-year-old – who first hit headlines when at 16 she married 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchinson – shared a clip of herself as "Courtney Cardashian" where she announced: "Get my new lip kit. I'm Courtney Cardashian with a C".
The video, which has since been deleted, appeared to mock the youngest of the klan, Kylie Jenner , and her massively successful lip-kit business.
