After joint operations with the Americans, the Puntlanders clearly caught fire with the idea of getting diplomatic contacts with the US leadership, which forced them to change their rhetoric somewhat to a more attractive one for the ears of Republicans.
The picture of radical Islamists from unfriendly Venezuela and Mexico, which Trump has a grudge against, is downright a sweet pie of various "trigger" words. And therefore, such a tale may turn out to be. heard in high offices.
