The history of writing WP FLOGmall is rather ambiguous. One of the founders, Alexander Zalogin, having an impressive experience of writing advertising texts for his projects, once said:

"I do not care, I'll write a White Paper in two days."

But he handed the white book in a month.

It turned out that it was not an easy task. The four of them, the founders discussed the embryonic idea, compiled a plan of the top 5 points, they attached the road map for the sixth task for safety and just for good luck, and signed up for a long epistolary slavery. Therefore, if you are also full of enthusiasm, you are going to write White paper but do not want to lose the average size of the forest belt for the sake of it, then the following advice is for you.

The first thing you need to do to live happily is to give birth to ... an idea. You need to delineate its boundaries clearly in the head, it is necessary to analyze the other White books, especially successful ones - to memorize as a prayer. Further, you need clearly and distinctly (not as songs of Scriptonite) describe the problems of e-commerce. There is little your intuitive understanding of "pains," you need specific numbers and calculations. That's why it's impossible to manage for two days.

The team of FLOGmall analyzed over a hundred White papers (and this is only in native Russian), it revered who, haw and what she is written about, learned special pieces of information reporting, the logic of the narrative, noted what is liked and what is not liked in the form of submitting an idea. Yes, if you want an adequate literate White Paper, you should first of all find an adequate, competent lawyer, who will deal with straightening out, compiling the correct legal part, "swaddling" the project into the legal envelope and, of course, a star on the top of the tree - a disclaimer. It was the lawyers, who helped us with a beautiful final version and made the WP such that it's not embarrassing to show to the legislation. In a word, five paragraphs grew into forty pages.

Here is another piece of advice, since we took on the role of a telegram guide. In the modern industry, a bunch of legal organizations has opened, specializing particularly in legal vesting and writing documentation for the ICO. And their number is growing as the number of Roma Diasporas in Kursk. You can freely use their services, but remember that this is primarily a creative work and ICO is simply obliged to carry a piece of soul, ideology and a rich inner world, which only the founding father can invest in it.

When we put it in the public domain, we started to receive feedback, sometimes not quite like a stormy admiration. But, nevertheless, naturally, we began to listen to it, make adjustments, relying on some remarks of like-minded people. Hence the third such small advice - friends, adequately perceive the criticism from the market, and do not slam the door with insults, with shouts of "nonhumans that you generally understand."

Also, one of the main points is to do all the fundamental work on White paper before he begins to speak with you in other languages because then, in order to make a small amendment, it will be necessary to reflect it in eight languages (as in the case of our project), and this is quite problematic.

And the biggest problem is that many people rely on the exclusivity of the White Paper, not paying enough attention to the product. This is one of the main mistakes of the young ICO - they leave the product in the direction of marketing, conduct steep campaigns, wrap it all in a beautiful package, and there is an air inside, there is no final product. Accordingly, there is a confidence in half. Many young projects are so dumbfounded. FLOGmall in this regard went a little off-the-beat way, complicated his work, climbed uphill, and began to pour water against the wind. But seriously, when writing the book, the founders added more than it is customary to add. Included moments with prototypes, calculations, and so do very few. Accordingly, they did all the prototypes at once, and did not leave it until a new life on Monday, and simultaneously began to think about not only how to collect money from the market, but began to work on the whole product at once. What it will be, how it will look, for whom it will be created, with projections for the final result.

So, the repetition is the mother of learning, remember and write down the basic advice of our founders, who will accurately save your White Book from the burning of holy feedback in ritual bonfires. First of all - stock up on good tobacco, let off steam and tune. As a special note, there are no Ossetian pies at work because work prevents you from thinking. Analyze as much as possible the third-party White papers.

The second point is this clear timeframe. WP can be written to infinity, this is a process in which, if there are no clear deadlines, you can get stuck forever. We had this problem too. Every day there were the external circumstances. There is even a legend that one day one of the founders reached the boiling point, closed everyone in the office and destroyed the key, saying that no one will leave here alive without a book. Everybody remained intact, but how they left the office without a key - the history is silent.

And the most important thing is that you need deliver your idea laconically, understandably and competently. On our example: FLOGmall is a capacious and cluttered area, it hides a lot of information, plus the difficulties of getting to know ATES, and our task was to convey everything in such a way that the simple user could understand. Then you already calculate the tokenomics, get the legal part, fix the final mistakes, and voila, your WP is adorable.
