Corporate & Regulatory Lawyer (Remote, B2B, Full-time)
Our client, an international fintech company in payments & digital assets, is seeking a Corporate & Regulatory Lawyer to join their legal team.
Key focus areas:
* Corporate governance & group structuring
* EMI/VASP licensing & regulatory submissions
* Supervisory relations & compliance oversight
* Payment infrastructure agreements (banks, PSPs, exchanges, custodians)
* AML/CFT frameworks, Travel Rule, FIU requests
* Day-to-day legal support across compliance, product & operations
Profile:
* 6+ years PQE in payments/crypto/digital assets
* Strong knowledge of PSD2, MiCA, FATF Rec. 15/16
* Experience with EMI/PI/VASP licensing & regulator liaison
* Solid corporate law foundation & excellent English drafting skills
