Copyright infringement and violation of DMCA by Поздняков channel

This letter was sent to you by me and my subscribers.

Me, @Schturm, is the owner of Национальный Наблюдатель channel ( @national_overseer / https://t.me/national_overseer ), or “National Overseer” in English, I would like to report a systematic copyright infringement by Поздняков channel ( @doktorvladi / https://t.me/doktorvladi – please search by channel name because he can change short address), or Pozdnyakov channel in English.

There are two channels and one of them (Поздняков channel) systematically steals from another.

Поздняков channel is essentially a fake account of @national_overseer channel. Fake account means that someone impersonates someone who is not, and posts stolen posts on his or her own behalf, gives out other people's ideas on his or her own behalf.

Please block Поздняков channel ( @doktorvladi / https://t.me/doktorvladi ) for copyright infringement and violation of DMCA which are prohibited by Telegram rules ( https://telegram.org/faq ).

This should be done so that small channels develop, because now it makes no sense for them to develop, because large channels are stolen from them, pass off as their own and occupy a monopoly position, parasitizing on the ideas of other people.
