A. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Users may not upload, distribute, or share any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates applicable intellectual property laws and to suspend or permanently terminate users involved in such violations.

B. Under our repeat infringement policy, any user who receives three (3) valid copyright complaints within a continuous six (6) month period may have their access to the Bot permanently terminated.

C. Although our operations are based in Bangladesh, we voluntarily comply with applicable international copyright standards, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where appropriate.

D. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to:

-Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;

-Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;

-Your contact details (name, address, phone number, email);

-A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;

-A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

-Your physical or electronic signature.

-Incomplete or irrelevant notices may not receive a response.

-If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

-Your physical or electronic signature;

-Identification of the removed material and its previous location;

-A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification;
