Cop Theme Issues

• Not consistent between platforms - outgoing bubbles and checkmarks are different colors, different wallpaper, different colored play icon

Tdesktop

• All options in formatting menu are the same color (cannot tell which ones are disabled)

• Photo caption input area is a different color from the rest of the box

• Dividers look odd in settings

• Emoji search bar is invisible
