Cooperation issues between Uzeltechsanoat and PPS Group discussed

On June 9, 2025, in Tashkent, as part of the “Uzbekistan–Slovakia Business Forum,” an important meeting took place between the Chairman of the Board of Uzeltechsanoat, Mirziyod Yunusov, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PPS Group, Mr. Daniel Futej.

During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, attract modern technologies, and implement new joint projects. Particular attention was given to the prospects of gradually localizing the production of advanced equipment manufactured by PPS Group — widely used in construction, agriculture, and defense industries — within the territory of Uzbekistan.

The meeting also included discussions on sharing experiences, improving personnel qualifications, and developing technology transfer in the future.

These negotiations are expected to mark a new phase in the development of Uzbekistan’s electrical engineering industry and elevate bilateral cooperation to a new level.

PPS Group is a leading European manufacturer of metal structures, which started its operations in 1955 as a state-owned enterprise. Today, the company supplies large welded steel structures, technical frames, and other products for agriculture, construction, and the defense industry.
