ConvertLab Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

ConvertLab processes files selected by the user locally in the browser. File contents, names, settings and conversion results may be stored on the user’s device to provide conversion, compression and downloads.

Language, theme preferences and a conversion counter are stored locally. The counter is used to display optional project support reminders.

ConvertLab does not upload files to its servers, collect browsing history, use analytics or sell user data. All executable code is included in the extension package.

Users can remove files through available extension controls, clear the extension’s browser data or uninstall the extension.

Optional support buttons open CloudTips or Lava in a separate tab. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. ConvertLab does not receive payment card details.

User data is used only for the extension’s stated features, never for advertising, creditworthiness or lending. ConvertLab complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
