1. On whether the LTH UJSB Sukuk is fraudulent? And whether the partially restructured UJSB Sukuk is just kicking the can down the road?
MMJ Stand.
The fraud should be searched in the events leading to the issuance of the Sukuk.
Whilst the Sukuk itself is the current system's deficient answer.
Yes, that is why we at MMJ are fighting for a different system where debt is only Qardhul Hasan and Hibah, and never the pillar and structure that upholds the whole system.
Imagine the system in Malaysia and the system internationally which is the pinnacle of a debt economy.
Compare that to our position as a Khalifatul Ardh instructed to prosper the world within the tenets of Quran and Sunnah.
If we extrapolate the Madinah economy, hinged purely on Mudarabah and Musyarakah to today, we will find zero debt except Qardhul Hasan to help the poor and Bai Istirar to help the trader pay the baker monthly.
So what are Muslims at end of time telling the Creator in Mahsyar?
The Madinah system cannot work now?!
The Creator has insisted a system that cannot work in the world He created?!!
Know that our money and economic system was based on one designed by the Yahudi a long, long time ago.
They then controlled the Education system so those who went through it only have praises for the system He and His Rasul has declared War on.
Where do we want to be in Mahsyar?
With these lost and defiant lot who says Madinah is impossible?
These people steeped in Yahudised Western Education, or those in government on either side, jumping up and down on irrelevant matters?!

A: Don't withdraw.
The govt, or any govt in the world is the nation's source of money and can never go bankrupt.
Yahudi says give the right to create money to the banks if you want to be considered savvy in the world.
We turned round 360 degrees and gave a yessah! salute to the Yahudi.
We can actually take away money creation from the banks.
But the Yahudi said the magic word, Zimbabwe!
And the obedient brown sahibs that we are, cringed and froze in absolute petrified fear.
Because we have no brains whatsoever to solve Zimbabwe, you know.
