Our client, a global manufacturing organization experiencing significant growth, is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their team for a 6+ month assignment.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys managing a variety of searches and partnering closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
The role will support recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including:
• Operations & Manufacturing
• Engineering & Technical roles
• Sales & Customer Service
• Product Management
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who is strong in sourcing, screening, candidate management and hiring manager partnership. Experience recruiting engineering and manufacturing talent is especially important.
