http://urllio.com/r28tkA detective from the year 2077 finds herself trapped in present day Vancouver and searching for ruthless criminals from the future.
Continuum is a one-hour police drama centered on Kiera Cameron, a regular cop from 65 years in the future who finds herself trapped in present day Vancouver. She is alone, a stranger in a strange land, and has eight of the most ruthless criminals from the future, known as Liber8, loose in the city. Lucky for Kiera, through the use of her CMR (cellular memory recall), a futuristic liquid chip technology implanted in her brain, she connects with Alec Sadler, a seventeen-year-old tech genius. When Kiera calls and Alec answers, a very unique partnership begins. Kiera's first desire is to get "home." But until she figures out a way to do that, she must survive in our time period and use all the resources available to her to track and capture the terrorists before they alter history enough to change the course of the future. After all, what's the point of going back if the future isn't the one you left?
Continuum has everything a sci-fi series should have. Time travel device, super-agents, floating cars. At the same time it has everything a crime- series should have.

When I see Rachel in this show, I actually miss Alias. But at the same time I am happy I have found my Alias no.2 but with a different twist. Its all about this future chick-cop. Accidentally she time-travels with a group of terrorists and ends up 65 years back.

Making friends, and enemies along the way trying to get back home. There is a thrill in every episode. Even if Rachel Nichols has the leading role, a twist can always be at the corner.

I love an unpredictable series! I Love Continuum.
OK, not going to lie; going into the first episode, I was a bit...uneasy. The first ten minutes was just more of an "Eh, whatever" type of thing. Luckily, as the episode continues, it gets better.

I'm sure we've all seen this type of show before, unfortunately, I can't think of any ones at the moment. Nonetheless, it really takes off.

Once you get passed the HORRIBLE dialogue and the emotionless expressions and speech, the characters actually start to take a turn for the best. The action sequences aren't at all bad, nothing really disappointing about them.

All in all, I can't wait to check out another episode.
