*Goodcase.io* is a legal technology company offering specialized paralegal and administrative support for US immigration law firms. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and well-organized *Content Marketing Assistant* to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing & Business Development Manager. We need a "jack-of-all-trades" junior marketer - someone who thrives when managing their own daily tasks while simultaneously bringing creative ideas to life.
*Responsibilities: *
* *Task & Deadline Coordination:* Keeping track of your daily and weekly marketing tasks, ensuring assignments are completed on time.
* *Lead Research & CRM Updates:* Conducting structured background research to identify potential US partners/clients, keeping the CRM system organized, and assisting with outbound messaging workflows.
* *Content Creation:* Draft engaging social media captions, write short-form blog posts, and assist with email marketing newsletters.
* *Visual Design:* Create clean, brand-consistent visuals for social media and presentations (mainly using Canva templates and established guidelines).
* *Video & Multimedia:* Edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/LinkedIn style) with basic transitions and captions.
* *Website Updates:* Assisting with basic website content updates to reflect our latest services and achievements.
* *Analytics & Research:* Help pull data on social reach and website traffic, and conduct research on competitors to brainstorm fresh content trends.
* *Ad-hoc Support:* Handling other marketing-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
*Our requirements:*
* *Impeccable grasp of the English language.*
* *Excellent Self-Organization:* Ability to manage your own daily checklist, multi-task efficiently, and stay focused in a remote work environment.
* *Proactivity & Detail Orientation:* A "can-do" attitude with a habit of double-checking your work before delivery.
* *Basic Communication & Writing Skills:* Ability to draft professional, grammatically correct messages and posts.
* *Good Eye for Design:* Ability to work efficiently with templates to create neat, professional graphics.
* *AI & Tech Literacy:* You use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) efficiently to speed up your workflow and brainstorming.
* *Portfolio/Work Samples (Highly Preferred):* We strongly encourage you to include links to your past work (social media graphics, written posts, or presentations) if you have any. We value practical examples of your skills!
* *Knowledge of the following tools and applications* is not required but will be considered an asset: Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Elevenlabs, Webflow, Wordpress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, WhatsApp, Slack, Monday, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Workspace, Meta Business, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
