Role Description
You are the first Video Creator at ChadWallet, working directly with the CEO and Growth Manager.
Our team came from Bybit ($2B+ in ARR), Blur (the largest NFT marketplace on Ethereum, valued at $1B) and Thirdweb (the No. 1 Agent infrastructure in crypto, backed by Coinbase and Haun Ventures). We had successful exits from $1B to $100B: token launches, acquisitions and IPO.
We would love to have a Growth Manager joining our small team, develop strategic partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and community leaders across the US to drive new user acquisition and trading activity.

What You’ll Do
You’ll own ChadWallet’s short-form video strategy across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and other social platforms. Your mission is to turn complex crypto, trading, market, and product topics into engaging, educational content that helps traders make smarter decisions and builds trust in the ChadWallet brand.
You’ll wear multiple hats—including video editor, content producer, channel manager, social strategist, and analytics lead—to grow ChadWallet’s audience and engagement.
Responsibilities
* Own ChadWallet’s short-form video presence across YouTube, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms
* Create and edit high-quality clips from product launches, market commentary, podcasts, customer stories, and educational content
* Identify compelling market insights, trading strategies, and crypto narratives that resonate with active traders
* Manage the publishing process, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and platform optimization
* Experiment with content formats, storytelling approaches, motion graphics, and AI-powered editing workflows
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to support feature launches and campaigns
* Work with external creators, animators, and agencies to produce high-quality content
* Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data and audience feedback
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience creating and editing short-form video content
* Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
* Proven ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, concise content
* Experience managing and growing brand channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or X
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience growth, and content performance analytics
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial content
* Familiarity with AI video tools such as Descript, OpusClip, Runway, or similar
* Understanding of crypto markets, trading behavior, and retail investor audiences
* Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams
