About the role
We are looking for a careful Content Compliance Specialist to support manual review of affiliate and publisher content. The role focuses on checking pages that have already been flagged by our internal system, collecting evidence, and helping the team decide whether an issue is valid. This person should be detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable reviewing online content against a checklist.
What You’ll Do
* Manual review: Open flagged affiliate pages, publisher pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
* Evidence collection: Capture screenshots, copied text, URLs, publisher names, app names, and issue details.
* Checklist review: Check content against approved compliance and brand guidelines.
* Flag validation: Mark system flags as valid, false positive, unclear, or needs escalation.
* Content checks: Review for misleading claims, unsupported app features, missing disclosures, or risky promotional language.
* Documentation: Log every review in the tracker with clear evidence and a short recommendation.
* Escalation support: Send serious or unclear cases to the internal team for final decision.
* Quality feedback: Help identify recurring patterns that create false positives or repeated publisher issues.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with research, admin support, QA, content review, moderation, compliance support, or similar work.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good written English for review notes and evidence summaries.
* Comfortable reviewing websites, blog posts, screenshots, and promotional copy.
* Able to follow a checklist and apply rules consistently.
* Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, online surveys, rewards apps, or publisher content is a plus.
* Reliable, careful, and comfortable escalating unclear cases.
