Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Consultant Psychologist to join our growing team on a contractual basis. The psychologist will provide online psychological consultations, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The role requires strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct online psychological consultations and therapy sessions.
* Assess client concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
* Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies when required.
* Collaborate with the clinical team for referrals and case discussions.

Requirements
Essential
* Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Applied Psychology or related field).
* Minimum 1 year of counseling/therapy experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Reliable internet connection and a private workspace.
