Consultant / Business Analyst Aladdin (Freelance)

We are currently supporting a major international asset management organization in the delivery of a strategic investment compliance transformation programme.
As part of a large-scale migration initiative, the team is seeking an experienced freelance consultant to contribute to the migration of investment guidelines and portfolio constraints from a legacy investment management platform to BlackRock Aladdin.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and translate investment guidelines into Aladdin compliance rules.
* Configure and test rules within the Aladdin Compliance Workbench.
* Validate rule implementation and portfolio-level constraint assignments.
* Perform quality reviews and reconciliation between source and target environments.
* Identify and escalate risks, issues, and migration blockers.
* Maintain investment guideline repositories and associated documentation.
* Support knowledge transfer and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience
* Strong experience within Asset Management and investment compliance.
* Proven hands-on expertise with BlackRock Aladdin, particularly the Compliance Workbench module.
* Good understanding of investment guidelines, portfolio constraints, and compliance monitoring.
* Experience in rule coding, testing, and migration projects.
* Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
