Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, for a Construction Project
Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and
completion of construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and budget while
meeting quality standards. Tasks include coordinating project activities with stakeholders,
managing resources effectively, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance
with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management.
2. Strong expertise in Project Management and Construction Management.
3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh is a must.
5. Ability to maintain attention to detail.
6. Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory
requirements
Education:
1 Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or
related field.
2. Experience in managing large-scale projects, and proficiency in project management
software.
