Temporary increases to your Construction level won't let you have an extra room even for a short time. Once you've attained 32 construction, you will have the ability to create carved oak tables at your workbench. The requirements for making these tables is 6 planks. Carved Oak Tables are located under the dining table tables pub when generating flatpacks.

If, in your house, you take a pot, boil it, then add it into a teapot with tea leaves in it, then pour the tea into cups, you can get tea that raises your Construction level by 1-3 for a short amount of time. To send your slave into the bank, just right click on them and choose"Fetch from lender". You may be given the option to select from a listing of Construction supplies that will assist you while training or building. Select the item and also the amount and the servant will go to the bank. If you are training construction, the servant will decorate your selection and the next time you select to bring, you may automatically be given the choice to pick the same item and amount as you did the last time.
