The boobs in the character creation cinematic looked great. They looked like they had a really natural looking gravity to them. I'm not running any mods that change the body type, but I've noticed in the last few weeks it seems that about half of the female NPCs in my game have gigantic anime sized boobs, to the point of being immersion breaking.
Bingo. I had that body and armor mod replacer installed. It appears it may have been the cause. Removing it seems to have made the physics far more consistent. My guess is the game prioritizes resources and boob physics are very low on that list. Thank you for the reply!

After you die in the game and respawn (I respawn on fiber bedroll) your breast physics are very enhanced and realistic, and I would say that they are perfect. Specifically, NPCs don't detect you correctly; they position themselves to attack, but take a while to figure out where to strike, or they simply ignore you. The mod derived from this, Grim's Wonderbody Reupload, doesn't have this problem.

It seems like the old bug we had in the past, where the breast size of female thralls would change upon deployment, has returned. I actually spotted it earlier, but this "issue" got buried under the plethora of other, more pressing ones.
