ANRS AGENCY FOR THE Development HOUSES OF BAHIRDAR BRANCH invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of Consulting Architects and Engineers of Category 4 and above with renewed license and tax registration for the year 2011/2012 E.C. Besides, bidders should be registered to pay Value Added Tax (VAT).
The Project consists of design MODIFICATION OF B+G+6 DESIGNED PROJECT TO B+G+9 MIXED USED COMMERCIAL BUILDING
Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 from the address below.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the ANRS AGENCY FOR THE Development HOUSES OF BAHIRDAR BRANCH OFFICE NO 103 AT AGENCY FOR THE Development HOUSES OF BAHIRDAR BRANCH (INFRONT OF SAN JORG CHURCH).
The bidder bid for only design MODIFICATION OF B+G+6 BUILDING to B+G+9 SITE LOCATED @DM.
The bid shall be accompanied by a security of 1% (but shall not exceed a maximum amount of ETB 500,000) of the total bid amount, including VAT, in Cash or CPO.(unconditional bank guarantees)
The bid shall be delivered to the ANRS AGENCY FOR THE Development HOUSES OF BAHIRDAR BRANCH OFFICE NO 104 on or before MAY 22/09/2012 EC 4 AM 30, 2010, 3:00 PM
The bid will be opened on MAY 22/09/2012 E.C 4:15 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at ANRS AGENCY FOR THE Development HOUSES OF BAHIRDAR BRANCH Office NO 104.
The ANRS AGENCY FOR THE Development HOUSES OF BAHIRDAR BRANCH Office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid
