INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER
Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization and established 1999 in jigjiga Ethiopian, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in Ethiopian Somali Regional State. Therefore, OWDA is planning to construct of four rooms in Gode office.
This invitation is, therefore, is to secure competent Contractor (s) for the providing price of the construction
Interested Contractors qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for construction of four rooms in Gode office and have valid trading licences; meet their tax obligations may obtain, the complete set of tendering documents at the following OWDA Offices during office hours:

The tendering is from June 3-19th, 2020
The deadline for picking the tender documents is June 18", 2020, 4:30 pm and submission of tender is June 19th, 2020 10:00AM. Bids shall be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga office on June 19th, 2020, 10:30 AM in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend.
The Organization for Welfare and Development in Action reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all Tender
