Mandatory Requirement

Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2012 E.C.
Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
Copy of TIN Certificate
For WWC-6,GC -6/ BC-6 and above Contractors only
Renewed registration certificate from Federal or Regional Water Resource, Mine and Electricity ministry or Bureau for WWCs or GC for 2012E.C.
Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate.
Bid Security Bond of 2% CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee
Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents:-

Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
