The authorities talked about the need to introduce compulsory civil liability insurance for vehicle owners back in 2024, but since then there has been no progress.

As the government explains, against the background of a rapidly growing number of cars, the number of accidents is increasing, which is why more and more people are dying and getting injured. Therefore, this problem requires a systematic solution.
