Practical training is more than just a box to tick in your gradebook — it’s a real boost for your CV. Here’s a quick checklist to help you get everything sorted.

Option 1: Practical Training at ITMO

If you’re staying at one of ITMO’s laboratories or departments, you should discuss your plans with your program coordinator and prepare the final report.

Option 2: Practical Training at a Company

If you’ve found a great practical training opportunity in industry, first get the company approved by your program coordinator, then submit your application electronically via the Support Center under the “Практика” project.

Once the documents have been approved, bring the original copies to the Student Services Office for signing on ITMO’s side.

Upload your individual assignment and final report via my.itmo.ru in the “Practical Training” section. You can also check your practical training deadlines there.

📌 If you have any questions, sent them via the Support Center or visit the ITMO practical training coordinator for a consultation every Monday from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Student Services Office, Lomonosova St. 9!
