Thunder Lands

Companions are new characters that can give you a strong boost in exploration and battles. This guide has all the information about companions and their characteristics.

What they are doing

Companions are special characters that don't directly participate in battles and resource farming. The main function of the companions is to passively give you bonuses in 5 different specializations:

1)Battle ⚔️

2) Logistics🗾

3) Experience⭐️

4) Clicker mechanics🗡

5) Healing and restoring❤️‍🩹

Each companion has a specialization and gives 4 bonuses in one of the 5 specializations.

Activation

To activate a companion it must be installed in a companion-slot in the game. A player can have any amount of companions, but only installed in companion-slots give active bonuses. You can’t take more than one companion of one specialization in slots, but you can change them in slots with your tactics. And also you can use companions with different specializations at the same time! You can have any amount of companions, but only installed in special companion-slots give active bonuses. The сompanions screen in the Settlement. This is a button on the top-panel in the Main Screen. Then Click on the "Assistants" button. You can see your active companions in their sloft in left on screen.(image 1)

Characteristics

Assistants are divided into grades: Uncommon, Rare and Epic. The rarity of the companion determines how much his characteristics have been increased. A Rare companion will give more stats than the same Uncommon companion. (image 2)

Companions

There are all available companions:

Military Advisor:

Bonus to Physical Attack.

Bonus to Metaphysical Attack.

Bonus to Metaphysical Defense.

Bonus to Physical Defense .

Logistician (image 3)

Bonus to maximum transportable unit weight .

Bonus to movement and hex passing speed. 

Bonus to speed of resource extraction from empty resource hexes.

Bonus to item drop from enemies in PVP-mode.

Training Instructor (image 4)

Experience Bonus in PVP.

Experience Bonus in PVE.

Experience Bonus in Clicker.

Resources reduction for level up.

Dungeon Expert

Bonus to dropped crystals.

Gems bonus to drop chance.

Bonus to resource drops (iron, food)

Enemy gold bonus drop.

Master Healer

Bonus to base characters health regeneration.

Decrease in monster health in a clicker.

Bonus to Energy Regeneration.

Minus to the resurrection time of NFT and TNDR units.

Where to get companions

NFT-companions are sold in Advisor-loot boxes. (image 5) Press in the Settlement screen the "Assistants" button to open a modal window of companions. Click on any of the 5 slots to open the window of available companions(can be empty). And click on the buy NFT Asistants button and go to the Marketplace.
