1º Desbloqueie o bootloader
2º Instale o twrp 64 bits - Treble
Para não correr risco de perder o IMEI, vamos fazer um backup de uma partição no TWRP.
3º Entre no TWRP, procure por Backup e então selecione apenas a partição EFS.
(IMPORTANTE!!) Guarde esse backup em nuvem ou em um computador. Não perca ele.
4º Faça o download e extraia o conteúdo do Modem 8.0 Z2 Play.zip no computador.

5º Coloque o aparelho em modo fastboot (Power e Volume -). Conecte na USB.
6º Execute o arquivo extraído Instalador.bat (Modificação do arquivo do JuniorPassos, muito obrigado!). (Apenas para Windows)
7º Após terminar a instalação, reenicie o celular no modo fastboot e abra o TWRP.
8º No TWRP vá na opção Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Selecione as seguintes opções (Dalvik, System, Data, Internal Storage, Cache), após selecionar, Swipe to Wipe.
9º Volte na página anterior e selecione Format Data.
10º O celular irá reeniciar no fastboot dnv, entre no TWRP novamente, vá em Install e procure o arquivo: Lineage16.0-*build*.zip.
11º Volte em Install, procure o arquivo de Gapps, e instale-o também.
12º Instale o Addonsu.zip. Após instalar, clique em Clean Cache/dalvik. Quando terminar, reboot system.
13º Sistema instalado com os gapps já. Só iniciar o dispositivo e ser feliz!

5º Open your phone in Fastboot mode (Power e Volume -). Conect USB.
6º Run a eextracted fil "Instalador.bat" (Modification from file writed by JuniorPassos, thank u very much !!)
7º After finishing the installation, restart the phone into fastboot mode and open TWRP.
8º On TWRP go to the option Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Check these follow options: (Dalvik, System, Data, Internal Storage, Cache), after check, Swipe to Wipe.
9º Go to the back page and select Format Data.
10º The phone will restart on fastboot again, enter in TWRP , go to Install and look for the file: Lineage16.0- *build*.zip
11º Back to Install, found the file withGapps, them install them.
12º After, install Addonsu.zip. After install it, touch im Clean Cache/dalvik. After all, reboot system. Done!
13º System already installed with gapps. Just make the first boot and be happy!!!
