🎮Long Tale Games - новое игровое издательство со своей собственной игровой платформой для классических и web-3 игр. Сейчас мы ищем опытного Community manager в нашу команду.

📌Для нас важно:

- Более 3 лет опыта работы в сообществах онлайн-игр (предпочтительно MMORPG), включая создание контента

- Отличное знание английского языка (С1)

📌Задачи (на английском):

- Participate in or creating topics that are meaningful to the community and drive engagement.

- Assist in developing communities and provide their growth.

- Plan and implement community events on various social media platforms to identify, engage, and incentivize players.

- Track & analyze community & content performance KPIs - draft & share reports on a regular basis.

- Effectively gather useful feedback and provide sentiment analysis.

- Be a champion and an internal advocate for players and game communities in assessment of message priority, risk and cultural feedback. Respond to the shifting needs of community as they develop, raising emergent issues with the team.

- Maintain a consistent and positive presence in discussion forums and social media.

- Assist with content creation. Distribute content on social media, teasing upcoming releases for features, general news, communicate important topics such as testing, patch notes, balance changes, etc.
