Summary of Femboy Thread Community Rules

Preamble: The administration has an idea of how the chat and public should look. We strive to make the chat and public a warm place, free from politics, prejudices and trash. A place where femboys and normies can communicate on any topic, admire beauty and feel comfortable. To implement this, we need rules. Perhaps not everyone will agree with them, and somewhere they will seem cruel, but these rules are written by the rich experience of the administration and have been tested by time.

Age presumption: our community is divided into 2 channels, which have their own comments, as well as three chats - English, Russian and dating chat.

In the regular Femboy Thread channel and its comments, the permissible age is 16 years. Accordingly, any 18+ content in its comments and posts is prohibited!

In all other chats and the NSFW channel, the permissible age is 18 years.

Below are all other rules that apply everywhere in the community.

1️⃣ Rules of conduct in chat

Our chat has a punishment system implemented by the Rose bot. At the moment, we have mutes, bans, and a warning system (warns). Each participant has the opportunity to receive up to 5 warns. After receiving the 5th warn, you will be automatically banned forever. You can challenge the punishments, if you are really sure that they are unfair, in our feedback bot: https://t.me/FBT_Feedback_bot.

We kindly ask you to write to the bot only about challenging punishments, requests for help with scammers or villains in the dating chat, making your suggestions for the development of channels and chats, as well as for mutual PR or advertising. By submitting any other requests to the bot you may be blocked.

0. In this chat talk only in English! Memes on russian and transliterations are forbidden as well.

1. By joining our chat you confirm that you are 18 years old. Otherwise you will be blocked until you reach the age of majority. This is a necessary measure for your own safety on the Internet and in life.

Administrators can block you on suspicion of being underage (manner of communication, avatars, your channel in bio, your messages in other chats and other reasons).

To confirm your age, you will need to provide a valid document that clearly shows:

date of birth,
your name,
your photo.

This could be a passport, driver's license, student ID, etc. You can hide the rest of the data (last name, series, document number, etc.).

Important: if during the check it turns out that the provided photos of documents were taken from the Internet or belong to another person, you will be blocked without the possibility of unblocking.

1.1 Be polite, respect other participants and their opinions, do not insult anyone.

Punishment: mute + warn (at the discretion of the administration).

1.2 Do not pester chat participants, do not offer sex to strangers and do not ask vulgar questions to people you do not know. This chat is not for jerking off and excessive vulgarity.

Punishment: warn, or ban (if there is a strong evidence base).

1.2.1 In private messages with participants, don't push someone into writing private messages, also maintain a respectful and polite tone. Intrusive behavior, harassment, unsolicited sexual offers or vulgarity are not allowed. If a person has not given clear consent to such communication, this cannot be done. Violation will result in punishment.

Punishment: warn, or ban (if there is a strong evidence base).

1.3 Do not spam about dating in the chat and comments. If you want to meet someone from your city, or for specific purposes, then we have our dating chat for you: https://t.me/+XKaNupB0h9E1ZDNi . But be sure to read the rules before leaving your profile.

Punishment: verbal warning for the first time, otherwise warn and inadequacy up to a ban.

1.4 Condemnation of any orientation and gender identity is prohibited - In our chat, everyone is equal, and everyone has the right to be themselves.

Hate, toxicity, discrimination - Any manifestations of hatred, including transphobia, homophobia, heterophobia and other forms of intolerance, are strictly prohibited.

Insults and bullying - Be polite to each other. If there are disagreements, discuss them calmly. Create a constructive dialogue with your points of view, give arguments for and against. No need to turn the whole conversation into a regular hate speech towards the opponent.

Chat topic violation - The chat is about femboys and the culture around it, respect the main topic.

Punishment: warn+mute.

1.5 All additional accounts (twinks) of the user who received a ban on the main account are also subject to blocking. Bypassing the ban through other accounts is prohibited.

Punishment: ban.

2. Do not allow discussion of politics, Nazi and racist statements, drugs, murder, cruelty, smut, as well as discussion and/or mention of any other provocative topics that may seem acute and unpleasant to other people. There are so many of these topics that it is impossible to list them all, so always think whether the topic you want to raise in the chat is appropriate.

2.1 The following is strictly prohibited in the thread:

Political symbols of any states and movements of a radical nature;

Images, photos and videos of terrorists, leaders of recognized extremist organizations and individual political figures carrying a controversial/radical agenda;

Symbols, photographs, cartoons, stickers, gifs and any other materials related to Nazism, fascism, neo-Nazism and their organizations;

Any materials containing signs, slogans, images or text directly or indirectly associated with activities recognized as extremist/terrorist in most countries of the world (including the UN, EU, CIS, etc.).

We adhere to the principles of the international community and will not allow content that can be regarded as incitement to hatred, propaganda of extremism or violation of laws in your/our jurisdiction.

2.1.1 At the request of the administration, you are obliged to remove any prohibited symbols or provocative texts from your nickname, bio, avatar.

Punishment: in case of refusal to comply - ban.

2.2 Do not throw into the chat various media files containing violent scenes, disgusting pornography, various trash and black stuff. Photos/pictures of cringe quality, too dark humor or content that can offend various groups of individuals, references to any provocative topics (for example, politics) will be deleted and possibly punished.

Punishment: warn + disabling the user's right to send media, in case of a raid - ban.

2.3 In the chat and comments of channels, there is an automatic punishment in the form of the /warn command for a number of words, such as: goyda, khokhly, rusnya, ZOV, etc. The use of these and similar words on the topic in our community is inappropriate, even if as a joke. The rule also applies to media files.

Punishment: warn.

2.4 Since our community is called Femboy Thread, propaganda of HRT (hormone replacement therapy) is strictly prohibited in it. That is, you are prohibited from agitating chat and comment participants to use hormones for any purpose. You are not endocrinologists, nor are you psychiatrists, so you are not competent to diagnose community participants, prescribing hormone therapy as a miracle cure. This method has many side effects and pitfalls, and only mentally formed individuals who really need it and have the support of loved ones or at least friends should do this. Otherwise, HRT can ruin a person. Also, hormones should never be used "for fun" or to "become more feminine". They will not make a beauty out of a toad without a real complex of improving your appearance, which is an investment of a large amount of time and resources, in the form of working on yourself. If you are still interested in hormone therapy, first contact a real specialist, and not "Internet experts from the chat".

Punishment: warn.

2.5 Supplement to paragraph 1.4. At the same time, bullying of transsexuals is prohibited in the community. The same rules apply to them as to ordinary cisgender participants. Be polite to every community member, and if you don't like him simply because of his gender, lifestyle, appearance - we advise you to simply ignore this person. Public name-calling can harm both this person, affecting his psyche and self-esteem.

Punishment: warn + mute.

2.6 There is a separate thread in the chat for publishing thematic content, please post content in the appropriate topic, for the convenience of both users and the administration. Publication conditions:

Required presence of spoilers for 18+ content

Placement of tags (#femboy, #trans, #gay, #furry, #lesbian, #hetero, #3D, #hentai, #art, #ai, #futanari, etc.).

Dating is prohibited in topics, see point 1.3

Punishment: verbal warning.

2.6.1 Media files of 18+ content must be hidden under a spoiler in the chat. In the comments, it is also advisable to hide explicit content under a spoiler. Stupid dickpics will be deleted.

Punishment: verbal warning the first time, in subsequent warns (possibly additionally after the second warn, permanent or temporary media shutdown)

2.7 Do not abuse voice messages, video messages, GIFs, stickers. Not everyone is comfortable with this format of correspondence, which is why people lose the ability to understand what is happening in the chat. Use this format only when you do not have the opportunity to write text, or you want to moan cutely. It is forbidden to communicate in chats using only stickers and gifs. Spamming them in moderation bots is subject to automatic punishment.

Punishment: warn, in some cases, deprivation of the ability to send voice / video messages / GIFs / stickers.

2.8 Intentional spamming of bot commands (e.g. @HowYourBot, @IRIS, and others) is prohibited.

Punishment: Warn + mute.

3. There is no place for spam or advertising in the chat. At the same time, you can share links to someone else's content or products for informational purposes (outside of Telegram). In the case of blatant self-promotion of your sources or someone else's:

Punishment: ban, if the person is an active member of the community - warn for the first time.

3.1 It is prohibited to ask in the chat about finding other "similar" chats/channels.

Punishment: warning + warn for the first time, in special cases a ban is possible.

3.2 Self-promotion in the form of links in the profile is not punishable, except for individual cases in the form of trash/porn/Nazi/brightly political and other content, which is accompanied by the corresponding behavior of the user in the community. Also, the rule may apply to profiles designed to attract attention for the subsequent lure of the audience of our community to your channel. If you want to talk about some of your projects, then contact the administration.

Example: you have a profile with a private (selling porn content with yourself) and you present yourself as a prostitute, in order to attract a new audience.

Punishment: a warning from the administration with a request to edit the profile, in case of refusal - ban.

3.3 Do not spam with monotonous or meaningless messages, communicate meaningfully, and do not generate nonsense. For many people, this conversation is a place to relax and distract from problems. Don't make a place for personal entertainment and moral toilet out of the chat. It is also forbidden to spam gifs or stickers.

Punishment: warn + mute or media shutdown at the discretion of the administration for a certain period or permanently.

3.3.1 There is no place for whining in the chat. If you come to the chat only to complain about your hard life, how unlucky you are, how you want everything to be different, impose yourself on others for the sake of support, but in fact you simply ignore all advice and every time you enter the chat is a new portion of whining, then access to the chat will be closed to you by punishments.

Punishment: mute + warn.

3.4 Discussion of prostitution services, propaganda of this activity and its advertising are strictly prohibited in the community.

Punishment: ban.

3.5 Punishment for destructive behavior and actions at the discretion of the administration.

The chat values adequacy, respect for other participants, and compliance with general order. Participants whose behavior goes beyond common sense, provokes conflicts, interferes with communication, or systematically disrupts the atmosphere of the chat may be subject to disciplinary measures.

Such actions include, but are not limited to:

demonstration of blatant inadequacy;
deliberate provocation of participants;
ignoring obvious norms of communication;
destructive behavior in the chat.

Additionally:

The administration reserves the right to issue warnings, temporary or permanent blocks even in cases not directly described in the rules, if the participant's behavior violates the spirit and principles of the chat.

In controversial or ambiguous situations, the issue may be brought up for discussion or voting among moderators/administrators, based on the results of which a decision is made on the measure of punishment.

Failure to comply with the rules of conduct may result in removal from the chat without further warning.

4. The same rules apply to the comments of a regular (16+) channel as in the chat. However, there is an additional restriction: 18+ content is completely prohibited, even under a spoiler.

Punishment: ban for people under 16 for a line until their 16th birthday.

6. Clarifications of the rules specifically for the TS-chat:

6.1 The TS-chat is a separate community with its own team of moderators and its own approach to maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. Local rules and standards may differ from those in the main chat. As such, responses to destructive or inappropriate behavior here may be stricter — including bans without prior warning.

If your goal is to provoke or troll members of the TS-chat, you will be immediately banned without the possibility of appeal. Complaints about such bans posted in the main chat will not be reviewed, and Rule 7.2 may be applied to the user.

6.1. Rule 1.4 in this chat specifically applies to trans people.

Punishment: Warn + mute.

6.2 Rule 2.7 (the restriction on discussing HRT) does not apply here. However, chat participants are not qualified specialists, and therefore it is not recommended to begin hormonal therapy without the supervision of an appropriate physician.

6.3 Intentional misgendering.

Punishment: Warn; in some cases, a ban is possible.

6.4 In addition to Rule 3.3.1

The chat allows for the sharing of personal experiences, complaints about life, and the search for support within reasonable limits. We understand that everyone can be going through difficult times, and this space was created, among other things, for mutual support.

However:

systematic or excessive use of the chat solely for the regular venting of negativity,
creating an atmosphere of constant despondency or pressure on participants,
as well as ignoring moderators' attempts to gently limit such behavior, will be considered abuse of the community's support function.

In such cases, moderators reserve the right to impose penalties.

Punishment: Warn + mute; if behavior does not change, a ban is possible.

Please remember:

Support from others is not a resource on demand, but an expression of goodwill that requires respect.

7. Respect the administration and its decisions. The administration did not create this chat for itself, but in order to give people the opportunity to communicate in a pleasant atmosphere. The administration spends a lot of time and effort to restore order here and organize everything. Therefore, it deserves understanding and respect.

If you do not agree with these community rules, then we advise you to look for another chat, instead of pointlessly arguing with the administration.

7.1 Insulting the administration.

Punishment: warn, possible mute.

7.2 Accept punishment with dignity and do not start a tantrum. The administrator has mute you or given you a warn, or maybe made a remark. What to do? Take 10 deep breaths in and out. Think about who is really right in this situation. If you realized that you broke the rules, then just wait until the punishment ends. 7.2.1 It is forbidden to discuss the punishments given to you by the administrator in private messages with them. A bot has been created for any complaints https://t.me/FBT_Feedback_bot. Otherwise, the administrators have the right to block you in their private messages and increase the punishment in the general chat.

Punishment: warn.

7.3 These rules are created so that chat participants can understand what they can be punished for. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from punishment.

7.4 All regular participants in the community are equal by default. The administration is prohibited from punishing community members for personal reasons. There are rules for punishments, there is no place for personal hostility. As well as the opposite - the administration is prohibited from protecting their "favorites" or friends from punishment. If a community member is guilty, then be he/she is the main sponsor of the Femboy Thread or the boyfriend / girlfriend of the admin, he / she will be punished according to all the rules.

7.5 The administration and chat participants are prohibited from organizing bullying of individuals/groups of individuals for any reason. The same applies to unfounded praise of individuals/groups of individuals in the chat. Everyone should be in the same conditions, and not be outcasts in the chat/someone's favorites.

Punishment: warn, mute at the discretion of the administration (if the moderator/admin is at fault - a severe reprimand, if the case is serious - up to removal from post).

7.6 All of the above rules also apply to the community administration. Admins are required to strictly follow these rules in order to set an example for community members. If your request is reasoned and truthful, we will take action against violators. If the administration responds to your adequate request to the bot with mockery or using obscene language, we will definitely conduct an educational conversation, and possibly a more serious punishment for this administrator.

Punishment: a severe reprimand, if the case is serious, up to and including removal from post.

7.6.1 Chat moderators are prohibited from using moderation commands in bots for fun. That is, you cannot just give mutes, warns or bans to people and then cancel them.

Presumption of knowledge of the rules: any person who has joined the chat is considered to have read the rules and is aware of their violation. The rules will always be pinned, participants will be notified of additions.

Presumption of a strange page: administrators have the right to block profiles of participants that seem suspicious to them. Explanation: the Internet is a rather dangerous place and there are a lot of people here who can collect information on you for the purpose of blackmail or dissemination of your data. Therefore, the administration will exclude suspicious individuals and strange pages.

3️⃣ Rules for using the proposal bot

The bot https://t.me/FemboyThread_bot is created solely so that you can offer YOUR photos, videos and results of YOUR creation. ANY OFF-TOPIC MESSAGES WILL BE PUNISHED BY A BAN IN THE BOT AND, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ADMINISTRATION, BY A BAN IN THE WHOLE THREAD.

Photo selection rules:

1. In order for your photos to be published in the Femboy thread, THEY MUST CORRESPOND TO THE TOPIC OF THE THREAD AND BE OF HIGH QUALITY.

2. Photos of trans girls will be published only with the approval of the entire administration.

3. The administration has every right to reject your application.

3.1 The Administration may, but is not obligated to, provide a reason for rejecting the proposed content.

4. Any decisions of the administration cannot be appealed.

5. Any attempt to argue with the administration will result in a ban from the proposal bot.

6. You can send both SFW and NSFW photos to the bot, but please note that 18+ photos will be published in our second public page, where posting bad content is allowed. Such photos will not be accepted into the regular Femboy Thread.

7. If your profile contains a link to your private or public channel (if the post is not anonymous!), such a proposal will be considered an advertisement. The terms and conditions for such a post are below.

However, if you remove channel links from your bio, the proposal will be considered as a standard post.

4️⃣ User Agreement for Advertising in Femboy Thread

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement governs the terms of paid and free advertising in the Telegram channel (hereinafter referred to as the "Channel").

1.2. By submitting an application for advertising, the Advertiser automatically agrees to the terms of this agreement.

1.3. The Channel Administration reserves the right to make changes to this agreement without prior notice.

1.4. To order an advertising publication, you must contact the https://t.me/FBT_Feedback_bot.

2. Terms of Advertising

2.1. Advertising posts in the Channel are placed on a paid basis. The cost of one advertising placement that corresponds to the channel's theme is set when purchasing the service and is 500 rubles by default. Advertising posts on other topics or posts that may not be positively received by the channel's audience (specific content, shemails, furries, product advertising) may be subject to a higher cost at the discretion of the community owner. Refusal to publish specific advertising posts is also possible. The standard advertising plans are as follows:

1/24 - 1 hour of top/24 hours without deletion - 500 rubles
2/48 - 2 hours of top/48 hours without deletion - 1000 rubles
3/72 - 3 hours of top/72 hours without deletion - 1500 rubles

It is also possible to pin at a cost of 500 rubles/day, but not longer than the number of hours without deleting the post itself. In certain conditions, it is possible to discuss an individual advertising plan for other amounts.

2.2. The Channel Administration has the right, at its own discretion, to provide advertising space for free, but is not obliged to do so. For example, with an insignificant difference in the number of channel audiences and similarity of their topics, a mutual PR format is possible. Mutual PR is by default carried out according to the 1/24 format, unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. Advertising publications by default after 24/48/72 hours after publication, unless otherwise agreed upon for a separate fee, however, the Administration reserves the right to delete the post without compensation if:

Negative information is received about the advertised channel, project, product, service or their owner, which may cause reputational damage to the Channel.
The advertised project violates the law, ethical standards or the Telegram platform policy.
The advertisement contains misleading information or inaccurate information.

3. Payment and refunds

3.1. Before paying for publication, the advertiser must provide their advertising post for review by the moderators of the Femboy Thread community, and check whether this advertising is appropriate. In the 16+ channel, posting of any content that contains or refers to 18+ content is prohibited. If payment was made before contacting the moderators in the bot https://t.me/FBT_Feedback_bot, we do not guarantee that your post will pass the review and will be published.

3.2. Payment for advertising is made in full before the post is published.

3.3. Due to the peculiarities of transferring payments between different countries and payment systems, refunds are not provided, except for cases where the post was not published due to the fault of the Channel Administration.

3.4. In case of dissatisfaction of the Advertiser with the posted publication, claims for free re-posting or refund will not be considered.

4. Limitations and liability

4.1. The Channel Administration is not responsible for the content of the advertised materials and possible consequences caused by their publication.

4.2. The Advertiser guarantees that the content posted by him complies with the law, does not contain prohibited materials and does not violate copyright.

4.3. In case of complaints or claims from third parties regarding the advertisement, the Administration reserves the right to remove the advertising post without notice and compensation.

5. Other conditions

5.1. The Channel Administration reserves the right to refuse to place an advertisement without explanation.

5.2. Advertising posts are always marked with the hashtag #ad, except in cases of reposting.

5.3. This agreement comes into force from the moment the Advertiser sends an application for advertising placement and is valid until all obligations are fulfilled by the parties.

5️⃣ Afterword

Each chat participant is considered an independent person who is able to answer for his own actions and stand up for himself. You are on the Internet, if you are pestered in private messages, then the functions of the Telegram messenger allow you to block this user in 2 clicks and send a report to the Telegram moderators.
