As we expand internationally, we are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Outreach Specialist to help build our global network and engage key stakeholders across the industry.
Position Summary
The Outreach Specialist plays a central role in growing the Energy at Sea ecosystem by identifying potential members, partners, sponsors, chapter leaders and strategic collaborators.
You will actively engage industry professionals, organizations and institutions, helping to establish Energy at Sea as the leading global platform for ocean energy collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Community Growth
* Identify and engage potential members and stakeholders.
* Support the launch of country and regional chapters.
* Build relationships with professionals across offshore energy markets.
* Maintain outreach pipelines and stakeholder databases.
Partnership Development
* Approach companies regarding partnership opportunities.
* Support sponsorship and founding member initiatives.
* Coordinate introductory meetings and presentations.
* Assist in developing strategic alliances.
Communication & Engagement
* Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns and industry networks.
* Follow up with prospective members and partners.
* Coordinate newsletters and community announcements.
* Support webinars, online events and networking sessions.
Market Intelligence
* Track developments within ocean energy sectors.
* Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities.
* Research relevant organizations, associations and government initiatives.
* Provide insights to support expansion activities.
Brand Representation
* Act as an ambassador for Energy at Sea.
* Promote the mission and vision of the platform.
* Participate in conferences, exhibitions and virtual events where applicable.
Qualifications Preferred Background
* Experience in business development, marketing, community building or partnerships.
* Understanding of offshore energy, maritime, renewables or infrastructure sectors.
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong networking capabilities.
* Comfortable working within an international environment.
