We’re hiring someone to own two things: our Discord communities and our Alliance Dashboard. That’s the whole job.
Packsify helps serious mobile strategy players top up safely, get more for their money, and never worry about a purchase going wrong. Behind it are real people our players can actually talk to, who treat them and their alliance like partners.
We’re looking for one person to go narrow and deep on the two areas that matter most to our players: our Discord communities and our Alliance Dashboard partner program. You own both, and you own the results on both.
To be clear about what this is not: it’s not head of marketing, and it’s not leading our growth team. You won’t manage a team or set company strategy. You work next to our growth and content people, not above them.
What you’d actually do:
* Grow our two Discord communities, Play Smarter and Prestige Club, into places players genuinely want to be
* Run events that give real value: readiness sessions before big in-game events, strategy and Q&A, safe top-up help (not random giveaways)
* Welcome new partners (alliance leaders, creators, community owners) into the Alliance Dashboard and help them get going fast
* Support our strongest creators and alliances with campaigns that fit their style
* Turn real player wins into stories worth sharing
This is a hands-on operator role. You’ll be in Discord every day, talking with players and leaders, running events, paying attention to what actually helps. Not a “make the deck” marketing manager.
You’ll fit if you’ve personally owned growth for a community (not just moderated one), worked directly with creators or alliance leaders, and can write a DM that sounds like a real person. Bonus points if you play 4X or strategy games and understand alliance culture.
Small, steady, fully remote team that trusts you and moves fast, with very little hand holding. EU time zone, at least 4h overlap. We keep pay fair and we’re happy to talk about it early and openly.
