Terms of Service

General

-     Finished commissions will be sent by email, Formats: .png background + no background version + credit panel (if you want to give me credit in your social medias. I would really appreciate it!)

-     I have full rights to the art.

I requiere payment upfront. I will not start your commission until the payment has been sent.

-     I also agree to make payments in advance and finalized 70% 30%. This option is only available by mutual arrangement.

-     You can repost my finished commissions with proper credit.

-     The art you receive will not have a watermark. The art will have my signature which is something smaller. The watermark is used only on the free examples.

-     Commissioned artwork posted by me will have a logo/watermark/signature in my social medias and if you wish you can comment me if you want me to tag you in it

-     You can ask for updates. Only for Stages.

-     You only have 2 free REVISIONs, You can ask for changes in your commission (Pre color and Final delivery). Once you finish your free changes I'll charge 5$ for each change you want to do. If I am the responsible for the mistake I will change it and not charge for it.

-     I can only make small corrections to the art once the commission is finished.

-     The extra characters in a same image have a limit, max 3, superior the pricing will change, and we must be discussing it.

-     Other style like custom shaders and coloring must be discussed in private.

-     The Source file has a charge. (SAI or PSD)

-     Remember I’m not working only with you. I have many clients like you, so I tend to delay sometimes, once a month has passed you can ask for a refund but if I  have started your commission you will not be able to ask for a refund

●    I live in a third world country, blackouts and connection failures can be recurrent that means than I can have delays on replying your messages, any case will be informed as possible.

●    I cannot give an estimated time in case there are queues, but I always try to complete the commissions less than the time that was in the arrangement. Keep in mind that sometimes it would take more time because of the connection at the time of the delivery.

●    If you are unable to be patient/wait for art please choose NOT to commission me.

●    If you aren’t patient or don’t trust me that I will complete your commission don’t buy me art. I have done multiple commissions for years and I do NOT and will never scam you, get away with your money, ghost, etc. you can always ask for updates and contact me for your commission.

●    Please do not assume that I will not finish, rude, offensive and disrespectful things, etc. will not be tolerated. However, we’ve got to respect each other.

●    I always take my time to do commissions. If you still want to commission me and you’re consent of this, is your decision that you made by yourself and I’m not responsible for any inconvenience that you may cause.

-     You can ask for updates but do not rush me or be too annoying. You can rush for commissions only if you pay. I do accept deadlines but set at least 1 week ahead.

-     If you ask me for a refund please give me at least 24 hours to answer your message.

-     If you feel insecure you can commission me from an external platform like Gumroad.

-     You are free to contact me for corrections or if you want to add something to your commission.

-     The size of the art you are receiving is the original size. Default Size: 3000-3000px (300dpi) Square for Halfbody/fullbody illustrations, 2000x2000 pixels for Icon commissions, Stickers 512x512px (72-96 DPI).

-     You can ask me about a Custom Size.

-     Sticker /Emote size:

●    I use 512x512 pixels 300dpi (resolution) for Stickers/emotes/badges and

●    In case of emotes/badges include resizes for twitch which are 112x112, 56x56 and 28x28, for badges 72x72, 36x36 and 18x18.

-     If I have any trouble sending you the commission: email was wrong, didn’t receive email, resizes are wrong, etc. Please contact me and I will try to fix it, if you receive the commission and you do not notify me of these type of situations I will assume everything was OK and you received the commission.

-     I can make Character design sheets

Commissions

-     Do not send payment until I confirm all details, reference of your commission.

-     If I don’t feel comfortable accepting the commission you’re asking me, I have the right to decline it.

-     If I don’t answer your direct message is probably because my commissions are closed, I might be busy or I’m working with other commission, I’m not ignoring you. You can write me in my other social media

-     In case status Queue, if you do not send me the payment I will give the slot to other person

-     If you do not want me to tag you, or post your commission in Social media, just let me know and I will not do it.

-     If you want private commission or commercial use, notify me, cause this require an extra charge that will be included in the amount you’re going to pay.

Copyright

As the artist I can: post the finished commission giving you credit, promote myself in any place.

As the commissioner you can: repost the art on other sites giving me credit, print the art, do merchandising only for personal use and not for sale, use it for decoration for your social media.

You are not allowed to: change, modify, trace without my permission, take credit for the art.

Payment

·        Payments will be only accepted in USD.

·        I only accept Paypal +fee, cuz im not american.

·        I accept USDT Binance

·        I accept RESERVE USD

·        You can pay in my Gumroad post (mail me before)

·        I require full payment to start your commission. Or for stage mutual agreement

·        In case of QUEUE, I will add you to my to-do list once you have sent the payment and info is given.

·        You can tip me if you think I’ve done a good job.

If you are commissioning me, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service; any statement can be bound to change if you discuss it with me.
