// Terms & general info

When commissioning me you agree to the following:

･ Payments will be made through DonationAlerts invoice. Full or 50% of the total price is required upfront, the other 50% will be required once the commission is completed.

･ The final cost will depend on the complexity of the work, namely: complex character design, items such as weapons, plants, props, etc., fully painted/drawn backgrounds (normal fill, geometry, gradient, random brush strokes are provided for free). For each additional character, an additional fee of 60% of the original base price will be charged. For the whole body, it is +100%.

･ My commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Meaning you may not use your commission for profit or commercial use in any way. 

･ I retain all rights to my works. this includes using them in my personal portfolio and posting on social media. This stands unless otherwise discussed with the client.

･ Commissions has a deadline of one month. The deadline takes effect after your turn. I will notify you when it comes. I will keep you updated on the stages of the work as you progress.

･ Commissions are non-refundable once completed. If you need to cancel your commission but I have already started working, you may receive a partial refund under certain circumstances. If I am personally unable to complete your commission, you can receive a full refund. I do not allow any of my works to be used for AI learning. 

･ Minting my work & selling as an NFT (non-fungible token) is also strictly prohibited.

･ I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with, or not confident in my ability to complete.
