ColorOS 16.0.2 Hotfix 3 - Android 16 Port for Redmi Note 12 Pro/Pro+/Discovery 5G (ruby, rubypro, rubyplus)

Only the Global variant is stable on this port as of now. If the port has more bugs on other variants of rubyx that you own (the Indian one, Chinese one), then this port is not for you.

• Updated hals (added stability and more stuff for ColorOS)

• Fixed fingerprint for more models now, some people who reported that fingerprint isn't working on this port now say that it works

• Separated odm from vendor (don't flash any other recovery or it will bootloop)

• Added "Charging" to "About device" in Settings app

• Added dynamic wattage charging

• Addressed more SELinux denials (don't ask if you don't know what those are)
