She managesĀ and support sĀ DISC Evidence & Learning teams based in Nairobi,Ā Uganda and Nigeria .Ā A s a technical leadĀ experiencedĀ inĀ systems strengthening , systematic scale-up, andĀ user- and community-centered approaches, Ms. ColeĀ is a key advisor toĀ the projectā€™s rigorous evidence-based human centered design (HCD) , innovation, and adaptive implementationĀ process es .Ā In addition to the DISC project,Ā Ms. ColeĀ hasĀ support edĀ the Adolescents 360Ā andĀ AmplifyĀ project s since 2017 . She is an experiencedĀ public healthĀ implementerĀ andĀ researcher , and published author . Ms. ColeĀ holds an MPHĀ in community-oriented public health practice from the Universit y of Washington, Seattle.Ā
