Cold Light Device

As President of Newton Labs and Professor of Mechanical Dynamics, Ike Newton was always coming up with new inventions. In 1951, he invented the Cold Light Device (CLD).

The CLD generates a field that alters the magnetic field, bending light around the object such as a rocket and reducing the temperature to the surrounding area. It also alters the radar-vex signals, making the object invisible to most Radar-Vex. The only downside to the CLD is that it can only be used for a maximum of two hours, since it generates radiation.

It needs about 6 hours to recharge. Rocky and his crew have found use of the CLD on a few occasions, even pushing the limits of the device.

The Cold Light Device has been used to great effect by Rocky and his team as they chase the rogues of the solar systems. On one such occasion, they used the device to prevent a group of criminals from escaping with a valuable shipment of goods.

The CLD is a powerful tool that can be used in a variety of situations. It is clear that Ike Newton's invention has made a significant impact and will continue to be used by Rocky and his crew in the fight against crime.
