Cold Caller (Polish Speaker)

We're hiring For a well-known UK-based multinational company for a Polish-speaking Cold Caller.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the Polish market.
* Introduce the company's products/services and identify customer needs.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
* Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
* Meet individual and team KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion.
Requirement
* Fluent Polish speaker.
* 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
