Our daily actions make the difference and the world greener. Now Garden Punta Cana Av. Resort is amazing, quiet family style resort. Staff is more then friendly and beyond helpful. They are all inclusive and are willing to get you anything you ask for. Only have one location to eat on this resort but they also give you access to their attached resort with more food options, and nightlife. The entertainment team are by far keeping this place a live. As for seaweed the guys working on the beach night and day are doing a great job just wish it was not my room that they have to drive passed. I was surprised and disappointed during my time here. I shared the room with my brother and the only place I could change my clothes was in the toilet stall. This was not the case in my previous experiences. The food was poor. There was very little selection and many of the offered items looked poorly prepared. For example, the smoked salmon looked grey in colour and was very obviously recently defrosted. Many of our family members had consistent stomach problems throughout our stay. The staff were highly unprofessional. At the restaurants, orders were often forgotten, or not even inputted at all. The wait staff were unprofessional, one continually approached our table making animal sounds and persistently asking us to meow? The beach was beautiful but the experience was affected by the consistent bombardment of merchants, and excursion representatives bothering you. I stood on the beach and would be approached every few minutes with someone trying to sell me something. The advertisements you may see about this resort say that it offers free water activities - it does not. The pool however was lovely and well kept. The seating was ample and clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. The swim up rooms were also very convenient. I came to this resort for the weekend with my family and the food is off the hook. I hope they never change their ways in the kitchen! Amazing place to holiday The restaurants are all excellent. Staff friendly. Excellent service everywhere you go. The pools, swim up bar, pool side bbq and restaurant are rarely crowded like it is your own private resort. If you want party atmosphere and nightly shows it is only a short. Awesome experience and would recommend it to anyone. I will give this resort a 4 and its a nice place the staff extra polite. Its only min from airport in Punta Cama. The only issue is that the beach is fare away and there is no shuttle to get there. And you can walk but its 15 min walk through another resort to get to it. The food was better than other resorts we have been 2. The room was the same as every other resort. There is a hot tub on the balcony but ours was not working. And there is mosquitos all over the place. But the most nasty habit is people smoking all over the place. There are a lot of Europeans there. Other than that the place is worth visiting. I would recommend it. Capers was the best restaurant on the Now Larimar compound! I highly recommend this place I only had to go here for dinner because it has the alacart Italian restaurant but it looked really nice except it was quite a walk from the beach. Not such great service. However, when we complained to front desk they were able to reserve a dinner by the beach for us within minutes. Fabulous hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff are wonderful and attentive but not over bearing. There is a more chilled out feel to Now Garden over Now Larimar although we really enjoyed being able to use the gorgeous restaurants and facilities at Larimar. It is so clean and the grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. The restaurant at Now Garden is really good for all services breakfast, lunch and dinner but you also have the option to use the fab restaurants at Larimar which is fantastic, the French place was wonderful. Very nice hotel. The pool bar serves good drinks and the swim up rooms are nice. Note however that even though all rooms have whirlpool, it is located outside the room and hence it has no privacy. If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Everyone was super nice. All inclusive is the way to go. I felt guilty at one point because they provided so much to us, food, drinks, service, kayaks, entertainment, snorkeling. Loved the beach. Super clean resort. Great pool. Great activities. He did everything to help me ship it back to Canada! He is great and were always available! This place deserves 5 star!! This is a review of Now Garden, and a partial review of Now Larimar. My wife and I were there in late January of We arrived at the Now Garden lobby at around 1pm on a Thursday. At the check-in desk, we were asked to sign couple documents. Just read over those before you sign. After the check-in desk, we were introduced to a staff member named Nirva. Check in time at the resort was 3pm i. So, Nirva led us to have lunch at the restaurant instead. It offers buffet breakfast from am to am, and a la cart lunch from pm to pm daily. I had wings as the appetizer, and carbonara as the main course. They were good, especially when I was famished at the time. It has seats both outdoor roofed and indoor. This is the only eating location of Now Garden other than the food hut by the pool bar. We really liked the Italian cuisine. Pizza and calzone are made with brick oven. They are must-tries. While we were having lunch, our phones picked up free wifi offered by the resort. Speaking of wifi, both Now Garden and Now Larimar have free wifi pretty much anywhere within the complex. Wifi speed was fast too. Signal was weak at the beach though. However, wifi is not password protected. So, I would encourage the use of a VPN service to protect yourself. We have Opera VPN app installed on our phones. At 3pm, we were led to our room by another staff who helped us with our luggage. Our room was in Building 7. Room was very clean. Pretty much dustless. Washroom and shower room were sanitized with bleach. Light fixtures were a bit worn-out though, but not a big deal to us. Inside the closet there was an electronic safe deposit box free of charge. There were also a hair-dryer, iron, and iron board inside the closet. There was a router for each room. I found 3 power outlets in our room. Therefore, I recommend bringing your own powerbar if you have multiple devices to charge at once. It was supposed to be refilled each day. However, refilling had been hit-and-miss during our stay. Housekeeping staff also came in each day to make our bed, replace towels, and replenish supplies. By the way, the building has an elevator, and the hallway was very well maintained and also well-lit in the evening. Overall, we were really happy with our room and the building. After getting our room, we took a walk around the Now Garden Resort. We were impressed by how well maintained the ground and the pool were. The bartenders were fun and awesome. We spent several of our days relaxing by the pool, and tried many of their drinks. Behind the bar there is a public washroom. A girl was there the whole time to keep it very clean. Please continue to my Now Larimar review Amazing place. Great and friendly staff. Much better to head over to Now Larimar and eat there. Other than that, it was a great experience. Very quiet and well maintained. Kitchen is great and staff is very curtious. The only downfall are the beds. One of the beds in our room was adequate bit one was broken side walls. It was mentioned twice with our daily call from the front desk. Nothing was done. Other then that everything else was well for a family Christmas retreat. We always travel with the same chain of hotels and have very little complaints. Room not re-stocked, housekeeping inconsistent, not recommended for single female travelers due to staff overstepping and population in general being too familiar and pushy. Beautiful setting. Despite nice room very musty, the food was delicious. Not actually near the beach. All activities, shops, beach access is at a sister resort, Now Larimar. Rooms are okay except there is no privacy with the toilet. They called our room constantly which was extremely annoying. We walked in on one of the employees going through our room we know because he was eating snacks that were in my purse in the bottom of the closet. All our money and valuables were in the safe reported it and heard nothing back. Called the front desk about kids screaming and running up and down the hall at 12 am and they told me to deal with it. The management staff is really unexceptional but the restaurant staff is very good. If this was my first time here I would be very unimpressed with Punta Cana. The beach here is very full of sea weed and the chairs are uncomfortable. Half way through the week several bus loads of large groups showed up and have been making the place their own trailer park. All and all love Punta Cana but would never recommend this resort and would never come back. We have really enjoyed our experience here at the Now Garden! We love the easy access to the sister resort, Now Laramar and to the beach! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Julio at the front desk, Antoine and Roberto at the excursions area, and Superman for keeping us entertained! We will definitely be coming back to visit! A decent hotel. Not as much to offer as Now Larimar. Staff was super friendly but made a lot of mistakes when ordering in English, but they were accurate with Spanish speaking guests. And the overall resort, including Larimar, was a little too large for my liking. More options, you know what I mean? The people at now garden in punta cana are absolutely amazing! I lost my wallet along with my passport credit cards id everything! These people went above and beyond to assist me in anyway possible, special thanks to Raymond I believe he is the manager Luis who I believe may manage the French resturant? I can honestly say I received better treatment from them then I did at the 'u. I will forever be grateful for all they did and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!
