Видеосистема отличная - экран крупный, изображение качественное, наушники удобные. Фильмы, правда, только на турецком и английском. Посадка в Тайване была очень мягкая. Просто все и всё на куче: очереди на посадку в перемешку с креслами для ожидания, магазинами. Внятных проходов просто нет. При этом е и е гейты у них очень удобно оборудованы. По расписанию посадка не началась. Вместо начала посадки один из сотрудников начал ходить среди толпы пассажиров и сверять паспорта с посадочными. Если все ок, то ставил штампик на посадочный. Приятно, конечно, что позаботились об экономии времени на проверку. Но организация процесса шокирует : В самолете поддерживали температуру холодильника. Попросил стюардессу добавить тепла - покивала и поулыбалась, но теплее не стало. Реально пришлось в верхней одежде сидеть. Минусы: 'В салоне была жара, градусов При этом рейс полностью загружен. Легко представить набор запахов через полчаса. На следующем рейсе это компенсировали - летели как в холодильнике : '. Плюсы: 'Все организованно на хорошем уровне, без задержек, хорошее питание, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Плюсы: 'Рейс был без задержек, самолет не самый новый, но все понравилось. Every Turkish airline desk took a long time and I was sent to at least 4 Turkish airlines desks. It is all a mess. So I am one day delayed in my arrival to my destination. We like that the silverware is actually metal instead of plastic! Personally I would prefer a mixed fresh salad with a little bit of ham or chicken on top instead of the attempt at a hot mushy entree. The bread and the filling was pretty tasteless. Why not just have a healthy fruit bowl? Would have liked to see some English language reading material in the seat back pocket — it appeared to be only German language. Alternatively, it would be great if the flight attendants could offer non-German language reading materials upon request. Наверно же есть какая то система типа раздельных очередей под плакатами с названиями рядов или еще что то.. Или посадка по очереди с кона самолета. Сами представляете, что это - зависнуть в проходе в ожидании нерасторопного пассажира, который не спеша запихивает багаж и достает свои вещи - все стоят, ждут пока он усядется А вообще спасибо: летать, как правило приятно А! Франкфурт- Москва не очень приятно стюардессы , в отличие от Орландо-Франкфурт , прям не очень. Минусы: 'Business class - not enough Space for legs. Took hand lagage during boarding for check in , because of the weight. Rules are Rules, but for business class can give some tolerance. Near to my seat two suitcases were put on the floor Плюсы: 'See above. The same applies. Flight was empty, so there was space to stretch out. Such a lovely crew' Минусы: 'Moscow passengers were awful as always. Минусы: 'К сожалению, оба раза, когда самолет вылетал из Франкфурта. Плюсы: 'Хороший сервис во время полета' Минусы: 'Плохая организация регистрации на рейс и это при электронной регистрации. Хамство сотрудников в аэропорту Денвера. Потеря багажа. Задержка вылета на 3 часа'. Плюсы: 'Обслуживание в самолете - хорошее. Профессиональные стюарды. Все время улыбаются, доброжелательно отвечают на все вопросы. Питание в 10 часовом рейсе было замечательным. Еда была вкусной. Пилоты тоже очень профессиональные рейс прошел без толчков. Спать было комфортно. Никаких очередей в туалет не было. В самолете все было замечательно. На регистрацию в аэропорт Денвера мы приехали за три часа. На паспортный контроль попали за 30 минут!!!! Очередь огромная, сотрудники бегают от стойки к стойке. Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут!!! То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!! Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали. В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня. Плюсы: 'Every thing except food. Could be better' Минусы: 'B'. Reward offered If found. Please email me if you have any information! Ompensate for my parking and extra food for the person picking us up they had to wait met than 3 hrs!!! At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe. When weather in Munich delayed our return take-off from Paris, the crew did their best to communicate. Upon arrival a Luft employee was at the gate to escort 11 of us to our connecting flight to Moscow. She took us to a special window for passport check, then our own train car to the other terminal. Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. All was good for these well seasoned travelers. We appreciate the extra attention. Really horrible. They simply skip you. Pilots, definitely, were high level professionals. An email, which Lufthansa Moscow promised to send me, had never come. My carry on, while weighted 7 kg, and was, I believe of standard size was not approved. Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. Плюсы: 'Flight was short. Only 3. Very little leg room. My pregnant wife experienced very unpleasant feelings all flight long. Минусы: 'The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to 'overall' as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the 'Entertainment' and 'Food' are usually Excellent'. Which is awful. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also. Плюсы: 'Clean aircraft, polite crew. Check-In , Check-In , check-In.. Delayed flight as usual.. Very tight connection flights in Vienna, so a slight delay could mean missed connection. Плюсы: 'On time, best connection for me, earning miles on my program. Smaller seats than the other flights I had with Lufthansa. Otherwise, it was fine. I had a pretty bad earache on that particular flight, so I liked it less than I might have otherwise. Плюсы: 'Clean and new planes. On time. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. Минусы: 'I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct. Плюсы: 'Had 45 Min to connect at vienna airport and our first flight was delayed so we had to run to get in time to the gate. Literally the gate was on the opposite side of the airport. Bad logistics'. Плюсы: 'Great staff, good meals, snacks, and drinks thru the entire flight. Плюсы: 'The cabin and gate crew provided a very friendly atmosphere. At the gate, the staff were very efficient in getting passengers on board despite the minute delay. During the flight, attendants did a good job making sure meals were on time and drinks were offered often. Минусы: 'They lost my bag and refused to deliver it to my house once it was found. It is still at the airport'. Минусы: 'arogant staff, flight canceled, great difficulties to claim my money back'. It was completely average and not quite the Austrian service I have previously known. Минусы: 'Flight was cancelled. Ended up on Swiss Air. Only good thing about Austrian was they booked us on other flights at the check in desk. The food choices were more limited. The entertainment system on the flight needs a larger selection. Плюсы: 'The staff from service center helped me to solve problem with my flight, it was short connection, around 35 minutes, and I missed my aircraft, but in the service center gave me ticket to the next flight, The problem was solved. Плюсы: 'Compared to most American crews the Aus crew was helpful and outstanding. On Turkish airlines flight from Ord to Istanbul we got a full breakfast tray. Плюсы: 'The service was good, everyone from the staff extremely friendly and overall the flight was very quick. Минусы: 'No entertainment - probably due to short flight time. On my flight from la to vienna the entertainment was remarkable. Минусы: '5 hour delay. One staff member said there would be a delay, the second said there was no delay and after a couple hours the delay was confirmed. I was told the flight was full without the attendant even checking, flight was actually not even close to full. Nobody wanted to help and do their job, they just want to send you on your way. Ordinarily the snack lunch is not good but the sandwich was quite good. Плюсы: 'Most things were OK' Минусы: 'Except a crying baby near me, during first half of the flight'. Плюсы: 'The coffee was excellent. It was like something from a fancy coffee shop, not a plane' Минусы: 'Chicken w mashed potatoes plus potato salad? Too much potato in the dinner meal'. Минусы: 'The registration could open earlier than two! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers yes, there was a big and very slow line. Минусы: 'Boarding at LAX was one hour late. And the lines were chaotic and very disorganized. Плюсы: 'Comfortable plane, good entertainment and very good food. Most of the other airlines flying long distances make up the time if the departure is delay. Минусы: 'Рейс задержали на час, посадили в автобус, а потом отправили обратно в здание вокзала - лифта там нет, так что пришлось носить чемодан вверх-вниз. Покупала билет Аэрофлота, оказалось, что этот сегмент выполняет ЛОТ: по сравнению с Аэрофлотом статистика задержек рейсов неудовлетворительная, и на борту не кормят. Плюсы: 'The new release movies included in the entertainment system were relatively new but not very many System had to reboot a couple of times Food and drinks were par with the industry standards nowadays' Минусы: 'Food and drinks standards are lowered every year. Минусы: 'The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking. Плюсы: 'It had some interesting movies and food could been great if given two meals. Was able to get more candies and drinks. More music to listen to. Плюсы: 'They gave decent food and some decent movies and ok songs to listen too. Perhaps put on some Spanish movies and music along with more variety Polish and Russian movies and music. I was stuck in middle of two old people that kept farting a lot. Минусы: 'Everything was good except for the temperature. The plane was too hot. Плюсы: 'Boarding was quick and well organized despite the full flight. In fact check-in and security were pleasantly quick in Budapest. The flight time was almost an hour shorter than scheduled which was a pleasant surprise - it was great to have at least four of the cabin crew who spoke Hungarian. Food was good, cabin crew were attentive. Минусы: 'My whole ticket was determined and I had 2 transfers from Copenhagen to Poland and my language was missing and still not found'. Плюсы: 'Crew was friendly and helpful and spoke English. They kept bringing hot food. They found us a bottle of water because we wanted more. In flight screens had a lot of good content. They only offered 1 brand of free beer ha. Плюсы: 'Movie options were great and there were outlets for electronic plugin. Dinner was much better than I expected! Often the flight attendant was moving so fast with the cart that it hit my arm which was resting on the armrest. Not a lot of attentiveness. Also I would have liked to be asked if I spoke Polish before the crew started speaking in Polish to me with no English translation. Плюсы: 'Service, personal space. New aircraft. Плюсы: 'The crew was hospitable and warm. All the in-flight service was attentive and high-quality. We had a wonderful experience with LOT and would reccent them. We made our connection boarding with only 20 minutes to spare. Минусы: 'In Warsaw they took us by bus in a snow storm in freezing cold. They left us standing on an open bus in minus temperatures for 30 minutes instead of sending a few buses to take us to the plane. Плюсы: 'crew was very good and friendly' Минусы: 'vegetarian meal contained no protein'. Минусы: '2 hour delay and no baggage when I arrived. LOT has some serious problems! Минусы: 'За багаж пришлось доплачивать! Хотя я оформляла вроде багаж включён. На борту не кормят. Минусы: 'За 17 кг. Которые были включены в билете пришлось доплачивать! Не кормят на борту! Плюсы: 'On time, smooth flight' Минусы: 'Boarding chaotic. Switched gates m5 on boarding pass, actually m4. Shoud have announced or left a note. Минусы: 'When I handed over my boarding pass, I was told I had to walk seven gates away for an 'extra security check. I only object to the fact that they did not have the security check available at the boarding gate - or they might have called my name and sent me over there well before beginning boarding. They did assure me they would wait for me but I was the antepenultimate person to board the plane and quite upset by the whole thing. Everything ran smoothly. And seat spacing is quite generous! Плюсы: 'Crew was amaizing, yes, pilot was excelent, smooth landing and taking off. Great gift for kids to play onboard. No usb charging for phones and tablets, only US charger. More movies and games for kids and adults. It is very little. Плюсы: 'Nothing, pretty much' Минусы: 'I was told my hand luggage needed to go to the cargo, despite it being small enough to be with me. The food was a water bottle and chips. There was more than an hour late to boarding time. The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off. They gave us a 10mx10m prison ceII with no windows and no AC to wait in. Boarding the pIane was pathetic, with us standing in a bus for 20 mins and no expIanation. The back of the seats were faIIing apart.
