It could be expected that being bisexual is a great advantage, especially in the porn industry. When he first started working in the adult entertainment industry, Cody didn’t realize how much it would impact his friends and family, which proved difficult to deal with. Cummings got boxed in by opinions of the people around him: His straight family and friends all thought he was gay. Gay people thought he was straight. “The popularity shocked me,” exclaimed Cody Cummings. “I never anticipated that it would leave the Internet. That people would come up to me in public and talk to me. I had to deal with my family members, girlfriends, and others, because they were dealing with it too. I didn’t know that everyone else had to be associated with it as well.”
The reality, Cummings reminds people considering working in the adult entertainment industry that porn is forever. Once someone does an adult film, it will be on the internet forever. Cody Cummings had a vision of what he wanted to do and is proud of his days of working in the adult entertainment industry. He has left his mark but reminds people to heed this advice if considering getting into the film industry. Especially if you want to be a bisexual model.
“Don’t ever do what you don’t want to do, because you can never take it back,” warned Cody Cummings. “If you only want to do solo’s and people want you to do more, then they’ll expect you to do it all the time. Have an ideal of who you are and who you want to be, and stay true to that. If you are thinking of it, don’t let friends, family, or the gay community dictate what you do in your bedroom.”
