A rare disease has left this man unable to have sex – because his penis is the size of a BABY.
In what is believed to be the only case in Kenya, the man's mystery condition has left unable to make love and have babies of own due to the eye-watering size of his manhood.
Hanging well below his knees, the enormous member has left 20-year-old Sorence Owiti Opiyo miserable and he's even had to drop out of school due to relentless bullying.
Now Sorence, from Kisumu County, is struggling to work out how his incredible penis won't stop him from living a normal life.
Sorence developed the illness ten years ago and was raised by his grandma when he was orphaned at the age of just five years old.
The illness manifested itself through a swelling similar to a boil which made his reproductive organ keep growing dramatically in size.
He has had treatment for the condition, including an operation which has slightly reduced its size – but the member kept on growing and ballooned to almost 10 times the size of an average penis.
Sorence said the condition is painful and stops him from wearing shorts or trousers because the size can't fit in any clothing.
One of his family members told local news website BuzzKenya that he is scheduled for another operation at Jaramogi Oginga hospital in Kisumu.
The family is now appealing to well-wishers for financial help for the surgery.

I am a 66-year-old woman 11 years out of a 30-year marriage. My husband left to live with the woman he had been having an affair with, but the marriage hadn’t been right for some years and our sexual activity had diminished drastically. I have a male friend who is the same age as me and we are friends with benefits – only the benefits don’t work. He can’t penetrate me. Either I have shrunk or he is just a big lad (after 30 years of monogamy, I am not exactly au fait with penis sizes ). It makes me feel sad and inadequate. We pleasure each other in other ways, but it would appear penetration is off the table. Before I consult a doctor , what am I doing wrong?
You are not doing anything wrong. In fact, it is wonderful that you understand the erotic value of non-penetrative sex. Some men with atypically large penises struggle to find women who can accommodate them, but it is not certain that your friend falls into this category. After a long period of abstinence – and most likely hormonal diminution – some women do experience some vaginal atrophy that restricts penetration with a penis of any size.
Consider experimenting with gentle self-penetration once you are aroused through masturbation (use lubrication); this may help you understand your current genital physiology. But most likely, if you want to receive penetration comfortably again, it would be wise to consult a sexual medicine professional who may be able to help. Typical treatments include hormone therapy, sex therapy and vaginal dilation.

Is it possible for a penis to go “too far” into a girl’s vagina?
No. Most women’s vaginas are between three and seven inches long. This usually depends on a woman’s general body stature. However, the vagina can stretch much longer and wider during sexual intercourse or childbirth. It is true, however, that some penises are too big to fit comfortably in some vaginas. This is one of the disadvantages of having a very big penis.
The vagina is the passage that connects a woman’s outer sex organs — the vulva — with the cervix and uterus. It’s often called the birth canal because it’s the way the fetus is pushed out of the body during childbirth. This is also where menstrual fluid leaves the body and where the penis goes during vaginal intercourse.
