The k/dahar city Administration finance office now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of asphalt, From Gode asphalt to Shillabo asphalt (length 866-meter length and 12 meters width, 10,382 M area ) rolled project from EFY 2012 to 2013
The project completion period is 12 months.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competitive Bidding. And is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents,
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from kabri-dahar city Administration finance Office, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below morning from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm (from Monday to Thursday) on working days.
Qualifications requirements include:, valid trade renewed 2012 e.c and professional practice certificates from the mandated body. TIN & VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority, quality insurance certificate, and supplier certificate, should be grade 5 and above.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 500 ETB. The method of payment will be cash. The Bidding Document will be immediately handed to the buyer.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 am (morning) on 21th of ginbot, 2012 E.C. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 Am (morning) on 21th of ginbot, 2012 G.C.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand only) ETB or an equivalent amount separately for each one in a freely convertible currency, in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee
The k/dahar city Administration finance Office réserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
